How to reach us

• By email, at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (Brasília time).
• We reply within 1 business day. A stalled document or a signature that will not complete gets priority.
• If you already have an account, you can write from inside the platform: the ticket arrives with your document details.

What to have at hand

The more specific the report, the faster we solve it. It helps a lot to tell us:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• The number or name of the document, when the problem is with a specific one.
• The signer's email or phone number, when it is about an invitation that never arrived.
• Where it happened: on the website, in the app or in the Word add-in.
• The exact error message, if one appeared.

Microsoft Word add-in

The add-in sends the document open in Word for signature, with an ICP-Brasil seal and a trusted timestamp. It uses your Verum Sign account: if signing does not move forward, first check that the account is active and that the document opens on the platform. For add-in problems, write to the email above and tell us your Word version and whether you are on Windows, Mac or the browser.

Validating a signed document

To check whether a document you received is authentic, you need no ticket and no account: use the Validate document page in the site menu.
